What it does

Savvy Butler covers the guest-facing side of a stay and the operational work behind it. These are the product areas that exist today.

Guest experience

A digital guidebook for each property or room — check-in details, house rules, the property guide and local recommendations — translated automatically and shared by link or QR code. Guests open it in a browser; there is no app to install and no account to create.

Cleaning and housekeeping

One shared schedule for turnovers, with cleaners working from checklists on their phones and recording photo proof. Hotels get a live room-status board instead: plan the day, dispatch the work, and watch rooms move through cleaning.

Inspections

Separate inspection checklists and a sign-off step, so a room or property is only Ready once someone has actually verified it. On the hotel board, Ready is derived from completed work — it cannot be typed in by hand.

Maintenance

Issues logged with photos, assigned to a provider, and tracked to completion — including a portal the maintenance provider signs into directly.

Reservations and PMS

Bookings from Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo calendars, from connected property-management systems (Hostaway, Lodgify, Beds24, Smoobu, Guesty, Hostfully), and manually entered private bookings all become one shared reservation record — which is what the cleaning schedule is built from.

Direct bookings

A branded direct-booking website per operator, plus the Host Direct network, so guest interest arriving through your own guide carries no channel commission.

Feedback and analytics

A private feedback form guests can fill in before they write a public review, and analytics showing how often the guide is actually opened.
